
Q V 262 C2, “The parable of those who spend their substance in the way of God is that of a grain of corn: it growth seven ears, and each ear Hath a hundred grains. God gives manifold increase to whom He pleaseth: And God careth for all and He knoweth all things."
While Understanding of the spirit of Islam, we know, the real spirit of Islam is in to first believing that The Universe was created by Allah swt Or God Almighty with a purpose, then he created man and made him Khalifa or his Representative on earth. A reward which elevated Man above all his creations awarding him with title of “Ashraf ul Maqlooqat” “Best of Creations”
Then he revealed books, on prophets and messengers from time to time to guide mankind, showing the path which pleases Him and the path which annoys Him. But he gave the power of full choice to man himself which one to follow and which one not to follow.
Then in very open terms declared the ones who will be followers of good and keep to his shown path, will be rewarded and the ones who violate and follow the wrongs will be punished. Simple, on a final call of Day of Judgment which will be rewarding good with heaven and bad with hell.
The major goods that are expected from man, to believe in one and only God and to accept that he is the creator and sustainer of this whole universe, to believe in all the prophets and messengers sent by Him to guide us, to do good deeds and refrain from doing bad, remembering him in prayers and being always thankful to Him for what all he has provided and given, and to spend from whatever Allah has given him in charity, that is sharing his wealth with fellow human beings who are not as blessed and supported as he is.
In this effort to understand the work of God and his expectations from us in the area of the wealth and rewards and blessings he has provided us all, we need to understand the meaning of Charity and how Allah swt is expecting us to behave and to discipline and grow in our piety and awards from Allah swt.
