Student Protestors who sphere headed the agitation and kept the momentum of Telangana Agitation will be a force beyond Political Circles, Let us expect and hope for a resolution to the issues of Telangana people who have grievances sicne very long.

Major Political parties  TDP, TRS and Minor Political Player BJP of AP have decided not to attend the meeting called by the Home Minister Mr. P Chidambaram. There is a great amount of uncertain calm, in the political circles in all parties. None is sure about what will be the exact content of the report.

I tried to find out from sources in political circles in Hyderabad city from last few days since the time Sri Krishna Report was submitted to HM, there is growing opinion among all sections and regions of AP that this report is not going to give a clear cut recommendations on the issue of  Telangana.

There is a possiblity the report will coin options in the form of disucssion and findings of thier fact finding, on spot survey in the region, discussing with people of Telangana and the NGO’s Political Parties, and Departmental Developmental Statistics and various discrimination allegations and counter allegations and sufferings of the people of Telangana region.

Discrimination with  people of  Telangana in Govt Jobs and various other developmental and infrastuctureal works and projects and welfare schmes distribution in the regions of Andhra, Rayalseema and Telangana.

A year long study by the Members of the Sri Krishna Committee, has submitted the report in time and the governments comitment to the people of Telangana that a committee will study and give its recommendations to see the enormity of the issues faced by the people of Telangana.

The big question is will this report help resolve the issue pending from decades and will bridge the gap in the people of AP or give a clearcut  recomendation in favour of a Separate State of Telangana.

In the either manner there is great  apprehension that Sri Krishanna Committee may fall short of  giving a clear way forward to solve this issue which is sensitive, having grave social and developmental concerns tagged with it.

There is possiblity political bearing will be greater on the findings, as many forces from all sections of political feternity have tried to gain advantage for gathering larger influence and support of people of three regions Telangana, Rayalseema and Andhra.

Politically Andhra a very volatile state, since the son of late YSR left the Congress Party and resigned from the seat of MP and declared to form his own political party. And it is interesting to see that on 5 th Jan yesterday Jagan Mohan Reddy filed and application for registration of a new political party.

What if T is formed and What if it is differed. Political remafications for Kiran K Reddy Congress Govt in AP ? In case Telangana is formed there is a threat of MLA’s of Congress from Telangana region may resign, on the other hand if Telangana is formed the MLA’s  understood to be loyal to Jangan Mohan Reddy may resign, which means in either case the Govt in the State will,  put to test of strength on the floor of the Assembly may fall.

Who among the MLA’s  are brave enough to allow a strong and stable Govt to fall with still more than three year remaining in its term. Hence there will not be any such thing as a clear verdict or clear indication in favour or agianst Telangana. Fall of Govt in primarily not in interest of the MLA’s. They are showing protests and rallies, combinations of groups none is willing to pull down the govt. It is true to Opposition TDP too. People are not for fall of government too.

That also unfortunately  means  T will be pulled in to another drag mode, and protective measures to keep the law and order and the security of the peple of AP is kept in place advance by spreading the paramilitary forces in many parts of Telangana Region. Give further dates and legal opinions demanding further clarifications  may become the next innings on T.

The talk of Hyderabad getting a Union territory is just one aspect,  some in state are encouraged about this angle of Hyderbad GHMC becoming Union Territory and Joint Capital of AP too.

The main aspect is about the state and its development and backwardness as claimed by the people of Telangana has suffered due to a joint Andhra State may be countered by Sri Krishna, with  elaborate statistics and various irrigation projects and infrastructural projects and the welfare schemes success showing the development has not suffered.

And in such a situation it is observed that the growth is better in a united Andhra Pradesh and it may suggest and appeal it si good to be united. Who know I am keeping my figures crossed with not much of optimism and with great confidence in the people of  Telangana and rest of AP that they will handle this situation with dignity and assert their concerns with peacefull means protecting the citizens rights.

High Command and Congress party seems, not much worried by the threats of resignations and groupings if such a situation arises the alternative which the high command will take in worst conditions is to impose presidents rule. As UPA the Govt in Center has hand full issues and problems, 2G, CWG, Bofors, Citibank, Arushi, 26/11, RSS, JPC, DMK, it will opt to be cool and calm on AP.

But in my opinion it is very far off option. In politics, MLAs like to be in power, if President Rule is announced it may mean being out of power with no hope of getting a Congress ticket in 2014 which will amount to end of political carrier or find a place in Jagan’s new party.  Few more hours the  Curtains will be raised many of the questions raised will be answered.

The issue has four players to it, one the common man of  state, the politicians, the students and cadre of political parties.  How will the common man and the students react is to be seen. Politicians have the long string to twist and turns to drag further.

Hope logic and law will be respected and will not harm the citizens rights. Hoping for the best and a peacefull settlement to this crisis and clear all apprehensions and hurdles for growth and well being of the people of AP. God willing.
