The apex court bench headed by Justice Aftab Alam said that it was open to the monitoring authority headed by Justice Shah to constitute its own investigating team of police officers from within and outside the state.

Ironically, last week  Gadkari was singing song of praise Narender Modi,  clarified “I will never be a candidate for PM nor will I topple anybody. Modi has good potential to be BJP president and PM,”  this statement coming from Party President Nitin Gadkari who has bigger record of upsets then strengths for his party.

Though Gadkari  is a proxy President like all other Presidents in the past for BJP except few, who ever went off the track or showed sign of deviating from the RSS Command Office in Nagpur did not last long.

The BJP President in his praise of Modi was he trying to pitch  as BJP President as Gadkari’s term will end by this Dec as President, or be in good books of Modi sensing possibility of RSS siding with  Modi as the new face on top of BJP Party as President and Ultimately projected as PM in coming 2014 General Elections.

As is clear from his assertion  that he will not seek an extension of his tenure, as he said: “I am ready to work as an ordinary party worker. I will support Narendra Modi to take over the mantle.” Gadkari wants to play second fiddle to Modi and be in his good books.

 

We need to remember last year in September a Supreme Court verdict that rejected a plea to hear a case that linked Modi to the 2002 religious riots, and referred it to a lower court, was seen as a significant boost to the controversial BJP leader’s ambitions in national politics.

 

But this fresh opening of investigation in fake encounters of about 20 killings allegedly enacted by Modi’s Police has put tons of mud on his prospects of shining and singing sadbhavana song which Modi has made a habit since last September.

 

Modi, who is widely credited for an economic boom in his state, is seen by political analysts as the best hope that the somewhat debilitated BJP has of defeating the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) coalition in 2014 General Elections.

 

With the impatient shown by BJP leadership and desperate effort to find a national leadership evolved did blunders in hastily siding with Modi and shi Chalawa of Development, the fact is he is not a success story he is under cover of Gujarati Manus Success Story, he is successfully hiding under cover of Gujarat Enterprising People.

 

And trying to sugar coat his evil rule and genocide of 2002 Roits,  Modi is in power by showing the Hindus Muslims are a threat to their security and safety, if  he is out of power the Muslims will make Gujarat in secure, how absurd and how fearfully divisive mind set and pitching one section of Indians over the Other on a communal ground.

 

The apex court’s ruling, directing an Ahmedabad trial court to decide if Modi can be probed in the Gujarat riots case, in which he is accused of remaining inactive while mobs killed up to 2,500 people, mostly Muslims, was seen as a leg up for his chances to run for Prime Minister.

 

In an apparent move to capitalise on Supreme Court’s move Modi held a three-day fast for communal harmony, concluding with a message of peace and efforts to put behind the ghosts of the 2002 riots.

However, the court said the monitoring authority would steer clear of the cases that are already under investigation on the directions of the apex court or the Gujrat High Court.The order says that the monitoring authority would submit its first report on the progress of the investigation into the fake gunbattle cases in three months’ time.

The hands of law is in no way lessening its grip on Modi rather it is slowly but surely showing sings of tightening its grip, one can not but be sure that if their is a clue or evidence of his being inactive while Gujarat was burning in 2002 and if their is clue or evidence on the 20 fake killings proving them fake responsibilities will be fixed and the guilty be it Modi or his officials.

I wonder which Indian will vote for Narender Modi who is loaded with several allegations,  both by the Indian and the World bodies   for Blatant Human Rights Violations in his governed state of Gujarat. BJP is playing with fire, if it is starving for a leadership to lead it it is its problem.

 

But to project Modi as PM or Leader of BJP is clear message even to its cadre and supporters of  BJP that BJP is keen on closing its shop to work for people of the country or do good for the nation.

 

They only care for politics of hate and massacre and abuse of power like done in Gujarat by Modi. Gods will are not siding with BJP as the wisdom in them is totally lost.
